Purpose:
Determine whether you have already done enough work physically, mentally, and personally to benefit from elite coaching.
This section answers:
"Are you ready for advanced coaching, or do you still need to build the fundamentals?"

- Personal discipline
- Self-awareness
Part ii - readiness
Purpose:
Determine whether you're ready for work that extends beyond fitness into identity, psychology, philosophy, and purpose.
This answers:
"Do you simply want better workouts, or do you want to become a different man?"
Measures:
- Curiosity
- Emotional maturity
- Desire for growth
- Openness to self-examination
part iii - commitment
Purpose:
Elite coaching only works when someone executes.
This section determines whether you possess the commitment required.
This answers:
"Will you actually apply what we're going to build together?"
Measures:
- Consistency
- Ownership
- Accountability
- Willingness to be challenged

Purpose:
Determine whether Elite 1:1 Coaching is truly the right next step—or whether another Human Hybrid offering would better serve you.
This answers:
"Is this the right environment for your next season of growth?"

My mission:
After more than twenty-five years of coaching, I have come to this realization. Most people don't need more information. They need someone willing to see them completely, challenge them honestly, and refuse to let them settle for less than who they're capable of becoming. That's why I intentionally keep Elite 1:1 Coaching small. Not because I want to coach fewer people—but because this level of transformation demands presence, precision, and partnership.
